Yo soy el viento de la montaña
Pongo en la fronda mi remolino
Yo hago que dancen todos los juncos
Que cada caña tenga un silbido
Soy el transporte de los rumores
Soy el aliento del bosque vivo
Soplo en la olas de los océanos
Soplo en la velas de los navíos
Y al mar le pongo pañuelos blancos
Y pongo arena por todo el río.
Yo soy el viento de la montaña

Hago la fiesta más delicada
Con las agujas que tiene el pino

I am the mountain wind
I put my whirlpool in the frond
I make all the reeds dance
Let each reed have a whistle.
I am the transport of rumors
I am the breath of the living forest.
I blow in the waves of the oceans,
and on the sails of the ships.
I put white scarves on the sea
And I put sand all over the river.
