Who said that dancing is not for Hungarians!
It is not when they have to wear light ballet-shoes and wide trousers.
But it is when they wear spurred boots,
hats with egret feathers or pearly head-dresses.
My shirt is made of Polish silk, but has no fringe,
my boots are made for dancing,
but they don't have heels.
The boots are made for dancing,
but what if they are torn and dirty.
It does not matter, they are fit for dancing.
I caught a mosquito, bigger than a horse.
I  extracted its fat, it was more than a hundred pints.
Come on, cobbler, repair my boots,
I will pay you, and if not, I'll give you the dripping of my mosquito.
