Psalm 55 / 2-5,17

God, hear my prayers,
don't refuse to hear my petition.
Turn to me and hear me.
I am driven by my fears,
and I am confused by the voice of my enemy,
and by the screams of the sinners.
Because they are bringing mischief over me,
and they are fighting me with anger.
My heatr is confused
and the horrors of death befall me.
But I call to you, Lord,
and the Lord will help me.
