O ye that serve the Lord,
praise the Lord's name.
From the rising to the setting of the sun
may the Lord's name be praised.
The Lord is raised above all peoples
his glory dominates the heavens.
Who is like the Lord, our God,
who is throned on high,
who looks down into the depths,
who raises the weak from the dust
and raises up the poor who lie in the dirt.
He gives them a seat among the highborn,
the highborn of his people.
He lets the woman who is without child live in his house,
she will become a mother and rejoice in her children.
Amen.
