SUBMISSION FORM
for a score

If you're a publisher, submit in our Excel submission form

Before submitting a new record, be sure that it does not exist already in Musica
by a search, in order to avoid duplicates.

(*) means "Before inputting a term in this field, check in Musica (by a search) how to write exactly the term (lower case, upper case, comma, space, etc...)". If there is no equivalent term, create a new term by following strictly the rules (see the example);
but in this case, for a composer, a harmoniser, etc..., an author or adaptator of text, or a publisher, it is IMPORTANT to submit in addition a form in order to describe this entity in detail.

A link will direct you to the adequate form(s) to fulfill this need.

Fill in first the form hereafter, then push the button
Submit at the end of this form.

Advice :
Efficiency for input of data into Musica Database is tremendously enhanced by using the MUSICA DVD-Rom, that allows you, among other features, to display the authority lists of the content of each field of the database for a better submission.

For better efficiency you can download the RULES of input into Musica.
(Note : the file is zipped. Unzip before use)
or look at them.
NB : Those rules are available field by field by clicking on the title of the field.
