Before submitting a new composer, be sure that it does not exist already in Musica by a search, in order to avoid duplicates.

After submission of this form, go back to the submission form of a score to Musica and continue to fill it. 
Fill in first the form hereafter, then push the button 
"Submit" at the end of this form. 

For better efficiency you can download the Rules of input of a composer into Musica
(Note : the file is zipped. Unzip before use) or look at them
